Art, Wine and Garden Tour
with BeArtiful Creatives and Caroline Hills Winery
Drawing session, morning tea and grazing table lunch with wine tasting
Bus pick up 9:15am at the showgrounds to go to Caroline Hills Winery – Back at the showgrounds by 3:00pm.
- 9:30am 10:30am: tour of the beautiful Caroline Hills Winery gardens.
- 10:30am – 12:30pm: en plein air garden drawing session. Includes morning tea.
- 12:45pm – 2:30pm: Wine tasting and grazing table lunch, with an optional tasting fee (redeemable with first bottle purchased), mocktails and wines can be purchased.
Additional, self-guided garden tours available.
Bus will depart from Caroline Hills Winery at 2:30pm sharp.
Participants will be supplied with a BeArtiful Creatives Art Supplies Pack to the value of $30.00 each to use and keep.
The pack includes: 3 x sheets Fabriano pastel paper (assorted colours), 2 x bulldog clips, 1 x 2B pencil, 1 x 4B pencil, 1 x piece of willow charcoal, 1 x kneadable eraser, 1 x plastic eraser, 1 x paper blending stump, 12 x soft pastel sticks (assorted colours).
Tuition, a wooden drawing board and apron will be provided for participants.
We also provide baby wipes to clean hands.
Participants are encouraged to bring their own deck or camping chair.
BYO blanket and / or cushion in the case of cool weather.
Cost
$160.00 per person.
An additional cost is required for wine tasting and mocktails.
Wine tasting – $10.00 per person.
Mocktails – $10.00 per person.
The wine tasting and mocktails need to be purchased at the winery at an additional fee. Tickets can only be purchased for the $160.00 art, garden, lunch tour.

Day time painting session
with BeArtiful Creatives
Views of the Blue Lake, Ghost Mushrooms and Monarch Butterflies
2:00pm – 4:00pm: BeArtiful Painting session.
Cost of painting session to participants:
2-hour session $65.00 per person
All art materials will be supplied for participants to use during the painting session and participants will get to keep their artworks.
Value of materials and equipment supplied over $30.00 – participants do not keep the art materials.
The pack includes: 6 x piece brush set, 40 x 50 cm canvas, Paint, Pencil, Palette knife, Chalk, Wipes, Rags.
